当サロンでは割賦販売、回数券販売、コースの年契約などは一切行いません。

その都度払いで安心会計をモットーとしております。

また当サロン、スタッフ、関係者が実際に使用して効果のあった物だけを店内販売いたしております。



サロンの衛生管理



ワックス脱毛で特にブラジリアン部位はお客様のデリケートゾーンを扱う仕事のプロフェッショナルとして最も注意しなければならないのは衛生面と考えております。普段目に見えない、衛生面の徹底こそお客様の安心につながるホスピタリティであるを第一義と考え、私達は日本で最も厳しい衛生基準設けております

海外のワックス脱毛サロンでは当たり前の衛生管理も国内ではまだまだ不十分です。

私たちは日本で初めて海外のガイドライン以上の厳しい衛生管理法を構築し実施しております

お客さまごとに使い捨て用品を多用し、施術前後に数種類以上の消毒液と消毒機器を使用して医療機関と同レベルの機材、時間、費用をかけ衛生管理を徹底化しております。



例）

◎ベットカバー、マスク、グローブ、スパチュラ、ワゴンカバー、ライトカバー類全て顧客毎の使い捨て

◎スパチュラのダブルディップ（2度浸け）はいたしません。持ち手部分も使用いたしません。

◎ロールオンワックスも全て使い捨ての新品ローラーヘッドに交換
◎サロン内施設にも消毒液にて衛生状態の維持に努めております

◎顧客毎のトイレ、施術台周りの殺菌消毒処理を行います
◎施術前後に殺菌消毒を実施。
◎お客様の肌面には消毒作用、鎮静効果の高い術後処置をいたしますので、赤みのあるボツボツ、腫れ、毛のう炎など脱毛後トラブルの心配はありません。

予約時のご注意（キャンセルポリシー）
 

横浜みなとみらい店はお１人様ずつの貸切プライベートサロン。特別料金も一切なくゆったりとリラックスしていただけるよう完全予約制サロンがコンセプトとなります。ただし当日の予約時間の変更は難しい場合が多いのでご注意ください。また24時間以内のキャンセルや無断キャンセルをされた場合は施術料の全額をキャンセル料としてお支払いいただきます。初回にクレジットカード番号をデポジットとしてご予約時にお伺いしており、ご同意頂けた方のみご予約可能となります。無断キャンセルおよびキャンセル料金不払いなどの場合、以後のご予約は一切お取り扱いできませんので十分ご注意下さい（事前にデポジットを頂く場合は予約OK）誠に勝手とは存じますが完全予約制のためご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。尚、予約の変更は3日前迄にお願いしております。

 

 

横須賀店は路面店のためウォークインなどご来店は自由です。

ただし他のお客さまに施術中の場合や当日のご予約が立て込んでいる場合など通常でも1時間以上お待ちいただく場合がありますので、事前にご予約いただいた方が確実になります。ご予約のキャンセルポリシーは横浜店と同様となります。

 

 

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Anna Victoria Yokosuka, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for one guest.

To provide the best service and to respect the time of all clients, we kindly ask that you review and follow our appointment policy.

Appointments

All appointments must be confirmed by the client.

For appointments made by phone or email, we may send a confirmation email. Your appointment is not fully confirmed until we receive your reply confirming that you agree to our appointment policy.

Cancellations & Changes

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, same-day cancellations, or failure to arrive for your appointment may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us in advance, your appointment will be considered a no-show.

Guests who miss an appointment or cancel on the same day may be required to prepay in full before booking any future appointments.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in Anna Victoria Yokosuka being unable to accept future bookings.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the full service.

If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show and cancelled.

Deposits & Prepayment

Some appointments, promotions, same-day bookings, or bookings for guests with a history of missed appointments may require a deposit or full prepayment to secure the appointment.

Deposits and prepayments are applied toward the scheduled service fee.

Promotional Appointments

Promotional discounts are valid only when the scheduled service is completed.

If an appointment made under a promotion is cancelled late, changed on the same day, or missed, the promotional discount may become invalid.

Waxing Appointments

For Brazilian or bikini waxing appointments, please bring clean underwear.

Please avoid wearing tight clothing on the day of your waxing appointment.

Menstrual periods are not considered an exception to our cancellation policy. Please check your cycle before booking and contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
